Kae & I needed to figure out how to leave the Pod to be fixed and still visit our friends, Monta & Don, in Denver before the snow started flying so we used some ancient frequent flyer miles and took off. Monta and Don are some of our favorite people and we all needed to connect so they agreed to put up with us for a week.
Monta & I took some sweet walks in the neighborhood which is beautiful. We all went to the Saturday Farmers Market which is very well attended. Lots of healthy food, beautiful flowers, gluten free cookies, drinks, gluten free cookies, home baked bread and did I mention gluten free cookies?
And when we visit Monta & Don we always go to the Denver Botanic Gardens. I haven’t been there in the winter yet but I hear the decorations are amazing. I go a little crazy taking pictures of flowers but that’s not such a bad thing.
